Leadership is a quality that is necessary to be successful. If one doesn't take charge and know what they're doing, nothing would get done. Without a leader, no one goes anywhere. A good leader knows how to make things run smoothly, and to set an example for others. FCCLA helps members become leaders to help better the future world.
